Monitoring Solutions / Temperature, Humidity & Cold Chain

Know the Moment a Cold Room Drifts

A temperature and humidity monitoring package for cold rooms, reefers and storage: logger, dashboard, alerts and reports from one vendor. The platform side runs live below; the first logger units are in pilot.

Book a Pilot Run the live demo

Pilot stageThe first batch of five BQT-CT1 (Cold-chain logger) boards is on order and has not been proven on silicon. We hold no product certifications. The demo below runs the platform on simulated reefer data, not on a BQT-CT1 reading.

An Excursion You Find Tomorrow Is Stock You Lost Today

Cold rooms and reefers are checked by hand or by loggers that are read after the fact. By then the damage is done and the evidence is a paper log.

Excursions Found Late

A door left open or a compressor drift is noticed at the next round, not when it starts.

Weak Evidence

Paper or spreadsheet logs are hard to defend when a customer or auditor asks what the temperature was.

Nobody Is Told at Night

Without alerts reaching a phone, an out-of-hours excursion waits for the morning shift.

Blind in Transit

Once a reefer leaves the yard there is no view of the cargo temperature until it arrives.

What this page covers

Cold-room and reefer temperature and humidity monitoring, excursion alerts, and logged history. Pharma-grade audit trail and electronic signatures are in development and are not claimed here.

A Reefer Fleet That Reports Its Own Excursions

A simulated 50-truck reefer fleet on the Pune to Mumbai corridor: one truck drifts out of its temperature band, another breaches a geofence, and you trigger the response.

Simulated data. It shows the alerting and dashboard flow of the platform on a fleet of reefers. It is not a fixed cold-room installation and not a BQT-CT1 (Cold-chain logger) reading.

How the Data Flows

Logger to alert, the same path the demo runs on. The Wi-Fi hop is the design for BQT-CT1; it is not yet proven on hardware.

Live view and logged history

Every reading uses one telemetry shape end to end, so a dashboard can move from simulated to live data without changes.

What a Pilot Includes — and Its Honest State

Each item carries its real status. None of our boards has been proven on silicon yet, and we hold no product certifications today.

BQT-CT1 (Cold-chain logger)

Our logger for cold rooms and storage. Sensor list and ranges are confirmed at bench bring-up and will be published then.

On order · unproven
BQT-SW1 (Low-voltage switch node)

Can serve as a climate node alongside the logger. Design signed off; not yet built.

Design signed · not built
BQT-GPS1 (Asset tracker)

For cargo in transit, later. Design signed off; not yet built.

Design signed · not built
Cold-chain platform kit

Device profile, rules, reports and a twin exist in our platform code; not yet running in a production tenant.

Built · not in production
ColdChain-Monitor field app

Early skeleton. A pilot beta is being built for the first loggers; not released.

In development
Audit trail & e-signature

Needed for regulated pharma workflows. In development; we make no 21 CFR Part 11 compliance claim.

Connects Into What You Already Run

We extend your existing meters, controllers and systems rather than replacing them.

Alert Channels

Dashboard alerts first. Email, SMS and WhatsApp delivery is being built and is enabled per pilot only after we verify it with you.

ERP & Customer Systems

Readings and alerts can feed ERPNext, n8n flows or your own systems through our API during a pilot.

Other Loggers

A driver library for third-party loggers is in development. No supported-device list exists yet.

What Changes — Sized on Your Numbers

We publish no savings benchmarks we cannot source. Below: what the system changes, and a calculator that multiplies figures you enter.

Earlier

detection: an excursion raises an alert when it starts, not at the next manual round.

Evidence

a timestamped history to show what the temperature was, instead of a paper log.

Fewer

blind spots in transit once cargo trackers are added later in the roadmap.

Illustrative calculation

Stock at risk from excursions

Enter your own figures above to see an illustrative result.

Saving = value per excursion x excursions per year x share caught. The percentage is your assumption, not a result we have measured. Nothing here is a guarantee or a benchmark.

Values and sources

The default band and the definitions our cold-chain alerts start from, with their sources. A product’s own labelled range always governs: each product and room is set to it.

  • Refrigerated storage (default band) 2 to 8 °C
  • Temperature excursion (what an alarm means) Exposure outside the range(s) prescribed for storage and/or transport
  • Monitoring sensor accuracy (electronic devices) ±0.5 °C

2026-10-27The accuracy a storage-monitoring sensor should meet; a logger's datasheet must state it.

Verified = we read the primary document on the date shown and checked the number. Secondary = the standard is paywalled, so a named secondary source was read. Barquecon default = no standard fixes it; each site sets its own.

See It, Then Pilot It

Watch the platform handle a cold-chain excursion, then tell us about your rooms and reefers and we will shape a pilot around them.
