Monitoring Solutions / Diesel Generator (DG)
Diesel generator monitoring that reads run hours, load and fuel from your existing controller, with logs and alerts. This is a pilot offer; there is no live demo for it yet.

Generators run when the grid fails, and the fuel they burn is usually tracked by hand. Fuel loss and failed starts surface after the fact.
A dip tank and a logbook cannot separate use from loss.
When and how long a set ran is reconstructed from memory.
A set that fails to start on a grid outage is found at the worst moment.
Someone has to go and look.
Run logs, fuel level, consumption and alerts using third-party controllers and fuel sensors. Fuel-theft detection and specific fuel consumption reports are in development. We do not control or start/stop generators.
We only embed demos that exist on demos.barquecontech.com. There is no generator demo, so none is shown here.
The diesel-generator kit exists in our platform code, but it has not been shown running or driven by a real controller. A demo would be built before any capability is claimed.
Platform behaviour that is demonstrable today, on a different system: Factory floor (equipment anomaly flagged before a trip) · Energy and solar plant.

Every reading uses one telemetry shape end to end, so a dashboard can move from simulated to live data without changes.
Each item carries its real status. None of our boards has been proven on silicon yet, and we hold no product certifications today.
Controllers such as DeepSea and ComAp speak Modbus. Drivers are not built; register maps must be taken from vendor documents first.

In developmentWe extend your existing meters, controllers and systems rather than replacing them.
Read-only reads from DG controllers over Modbus. Control (start/stop) is not offered.
Dashboard alerts first. Email, SMS and WhatsApp delivery is being built and enabled per pilot after verification.
DG status can sit beside energy and water in one site view; see the integrated facility monitoring page.

Saving = litres per month x price x 12 x assumed share. The percentage is your assumption, not a result we have measured. Nothing here is a guarantee or a benchmark.
There is no demo for this system yet. Tell us the controller model on your set and we will say honestly whether we can read it.
